The Power of Audio and Video Testimonials on LinkedIn




Did you know that when you have a photo on your LinkedIn profile, you are 40 times more likely to get viewed? Imagine what will happen if you have an audio or video testimonial included on your profile right below your summary! We call this rich text media.

We know what someone else says about us is more powerful than what we say about ourselves. That’s why it’s valuable to include a recorded testimonial right below what you say about yourself! You have credibility when someone speaks favorably about your work. They don’t have to scroll down for recommendations. All they do is listen!

How do you score that testimonial? When someone compliments you, ask them to repeat it and if you can record it on your smartphone. You can encourage them to include their name and their business, since you’ll post it online. Visitors to your site can then access them with ease.
